Multi-discipline approach
Moving beyond traditional Massage Therapy.
Dynamic Wellness Therapy is a multi-discipline approach that treats each client as an entire person; not just a list of symptoms. Our approach honors the wisdom of the body, recognizing that the symptoms expressed may or may not be the source of the problem. We work to find the most significant point that will create the greatest release. This point is much like finding the point that will start to undo a knot in a string. Once found, the work is approached in a way that allows the body's self healing process to begin. Descriptions of the modalities used are provided below:
Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch method that addresses problems with the Central Nervous System. By releasing tension patterns in the membranes that surround the Central Nervous System and improving the flow of Cerebral Spinal Fluid, CST stimulates the natural healing processes of the body. CST is used for a wide range of chronic physical and emotional disorders as well as general maintenance and prevention.
CST has proven an effective treatment method for a variety of problems including but not limited to: Headaches/migraines, sinus & allergy problems, TMJ Disorder, Scoliosis, chronic stress, sleep disorders, learning disorders, autoimmune disorders, whiplash and general pain management.

Visceral Manipulation
Visceral Manipulation (VM) targets the organs of the body and their surrounding tissue, which, when restricted, can result in dysfunction in the organ itself or may manifest in musculoskeletal problems in other areas of the body. VM uses a specific type of evaluation to find the area(s) of tension that the body is expressing at that moment. Treatment involves gentle stretching and mobilization of the organs and supportive tissue.
VM has proven an effective treatment method for a variety of problems including but not limited to: Inflammation within the body, digestive disorders, circulation, lymphatic and respiratory diseases, pain management and various emotional issues/blockages which can manifest in the tissues of the organs.

Neural Manipulation
Neural Manipulation (NM) examines mechanical relationships between the cranium/spine hard frame to the dura and neural elements. It provides assessment and treatment approaches to address restrictions of the dural and neural components not commonly focused on with musculoskeletal symptoms. Neural Manipulation identifies and releases local nerve restrictions while at the same time examines the effect these local fixations have on the rest of the body, and by accessing this relationship, resolves the more comprehensive (global) dysfunctional patterns.
