Established Client (Adult 16+): 45-minute session - $130
Established Client (Child): 30-minute session - $75
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that at times, life presents us with circumstances that are out of our control. Our goal is to be punctual, reliable and respectful of each and every client's time and we do our best to accommodate a wide array of scheduling requests. In order to continuously provide this level of service, it is necessary to adhere to the following cancellation policy:
All appointment cancellations are required no later than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation fees are as follows: If appointment is able to be rescheduled and serviced within the same calendar week (M-F): No fee. 1st cancellation: 50% of the scheduled visit fee. 2nd and subsequent cancellations: 100% of the scheduled visit fee.
In the event that there is a cancellation resulting in one of the fees listed above, payment is required at the time of the next scheduled appointment.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, check or debit/credit (including HSA) is accepted.
